So i thought i was pregnant this cycle. Even had some spotting amd alot of other symptoms. Then friday i got what i thought was my period. Here it is monday, my period should be just about over. But this morning i started passing some very decent sized clots, and my cramps are like nothing ive ever felt before. On a scale of 1-10 the are a 15. Im wondering if maybe my first instinct was right and i dod conceive but now im having an early miscarriage. Leaving work soon to head to the ER
