Mama needs a vacation

In desperate need of a vacation and looking for recommendations on where to go. I live in Wisconsin so would really like to go somewhere warmer. I need the beach and relaxation lol. I don't want to spend tons of money either though so not super super expensive places. I also don't have a passport, so anywhere I would need one is out because I don't wanna spend the extra time/money on it currently. But please give some recommendations and any money saving tips if you have any sites you use to book or anything. Thanks ladies!
