Honestly anything outside of natural and organic raw whole foods and proper vitamins can most likely be bad. There are too many chemicals and other hidden things in almost all of the foods here in America. Studies have shown that exposure to toxins in the fetus through foods (IE pesticides on fruits and veggies etc., and meat filled with antibiotics and hormones) could increase the toxicity in your system which can create issues with memory and learning abilities in children and interfere with healthy development of the fetus.
