How many of you still drink a cup of coffee?

I have concern of drinking any caffeine during first trimester.  Just wondering if it can contribute to miscarriage.

I'm sad to say that coffee just isn't tasting the same to me right now! Occasionally I try making a cup and sometimes it tastes better than others. I will also have a sip or 2 of my hubby's pop on occasion. I NEED my coffee!

I'm down to 1 cup from 3. I think the withdrawal headaches would be worse than the one cup. My BFF is an ob; she says 1 cup is fine. Just keep in mind that the 1-cup rule applies to all caffeine, so soda, tea, chocolate count, too.

I had a cup the other day and oh my gosh! It gave me a crazy heartburn! I couldn't sleep all night it was horrible! Even the next day I still had some heartburn, I havent try it again since then!
