Has anyone had this situation?

Background: TTC #1 for 1 year 4 months. PCOS & partially or fully blocked right tube from appendicitis.

I’ve ovulated on clomid 100mg several times but have always got a positive OPK on day 17. This round I got a size 27mm follicle on day 14 (during follicle scan) and a positive OPK day 14. I just found it strange that my body changed my cycle after 9 months of trying clomid and femara. Has this happened to anyone else?
