I think it’s healthy to, but simply for yourself. Forgiving made it easier for me to move on. It’s not saying that you condone the behavior but it was something I couldn’t carry with me anymore.

It depends what they did because you can cheat on them in different kinds of ways. They sleep with someone else: no I wouldn’t take them back. They flirted with one person which they regretted then yes I would take them back.
