My 4 month old baby girl has a stuffy nose and it’s also runny, whenever I clean it out nothing comes out of it but I hear it and it’s hard for her to sleep because she can’t breathe good any advice? Whoever has been through this before how long does it usually last and what can I do to help her out?

Also this has been going on for a couple days now, about 2-3 days I’ve tried Tylenol, chest rub, and the saline spray and nothing works. I’ve heard that it could be from her teething but I’m not sure how true that is her pediatrician is no help!
