Perineal massage
I've done a bit of research on this already but I'd love to hear some first hand stories.
Did you do this before labor to avoid an episiotomy and did it work? Did you do it or your so? Also, what oils/lube if any did you use?
I'm a FTM and I really want to avoid an episiotomy if it's possible. If you did anything else to avoid tearing I would love to hear any tips! :)
