I really don’t know what to do

so this guy goes to my church and i think i really like him. he has a good personality and he’s a christian. normally, i wouldn’t want to be caught up with guys unless i know they meet my ‘criteria?’ i just don’t want to date for the fun of it. i want to know this guy is a Godly man, has a good personality, and i can see us being together for a long time. yes, i’m talking about marriage. i know it wouldn’t last that long but i’m trying to work up to it. i asked my friend if he had a gf easter sunday and she said yes but only for a week. but ive been tracking this girl on insta and shes been changing her bio and she broke up with him. she’s had another bf during the past week. the same friend who told me they were dating, told me they broke up but the guy still has ‘my heart is filled again thx to one and only emily’ last night i think he said that they broke up but i really really like him. and i kinda think he likes me too sometimes. should i just tell him i like him or just drop hints.. also! for people who took time and read this, i appreciate it
