I'm 25 and I think I'm letting my age and the knowledge of patience and respect get in the way of dealing with our attorney. My husband and I have been trying to take his baby mama back to court to change custody arrangements since before Christmas. I really like our attorney... when we are together. She is insanely cutthroat and good at what she does so I don't wanna lose her especially with an impending trial (it's ugly). That being said we keep being dodged. She'll respond back weeks later with a half ass excuse of being busy or saying yeah when are you free next week and then it never happens. Most recently I texted her about showing up to drop papers off and she responded right away saying she'll email me a time we can meet next week... thay was last Thursday still no email. We've already paid her the retainer like HELLO I paid you for a service make fucking time for us. Idk how to approach the situation without her 1. saying ok then bye I'll refund you because I'm too bitchy or 2. getting blown off again because I pussy footed around. I need advice.
