I've been having difficulty interpreting my chart. I've also been using fertility friend for the past month or two in the hopes that it would help me better understand my temps, but so far I've had no luck. I take my temp at the same time every day, immediately after waking up in the mornings as is instructed for the most accurate results. I do understand if my temps are too rocky to make any sense of. Any suggestions are much appreciated and I'd like to thank you in advance for any help you offer.
