I’ve had it on and off my whole pregnancy thus far, but it only lasts a few seconds at a time and I’ve pretty much figured out all my triggers! (Sneezing, coughing, laughing, getting up too fast).

I have it almost every day all day. my doctor had to give me meds to help with the pain and to help me sleep. I also bought a belly band and it has helped a lot. Some days I can barely walk. It can get bad. Warm baths help a lot.

all day everyday usually feel it when I move too fast, stand to fast, lift weirdly, sneeze, cough but can also get sharp pains randomly without doing anything as well
