Pregnant & saggy stomach

I had my 1st child 10 years ago and I did exactly what you don’t want to do “eat for 2”. I gained tons of weight, I had to have an emergency c-section due to that fact that the cord was around her neck and as she came into the birth canal her heart beat dropped. At that point I was a single mom, I ate one meal a day (a healthy choice) and walked 4 miles. I lost all the weight and more.

Eight years later I was at my more ideal weight, married and got pregnant with my second daughter. I walked throughout the whole pregnancy and was told I looked great when I was having her. I had to have another c-section which only cause my saggy stomach to gain more sag and this time I struggled to loose the weight.

That brings us to today. I am about 15 pounds over my per-pregnancy weight which doesn’t bother me too bad it is more my saggy stomach that I basically tuck into my jeans. Well now I am 8 weeks pregnant. Walking at least 5 days a week and pretty active. I didn’t know if there were any exercises that would help me prevent gaining more sag to stomach and will ever be possible to loose my belly and get back to my normal self.

I pray this pregnancy is health and give me a healthy baby because at 35 I am done trying. I did have a miscarriage at 12 weeks last October
