Hi ladies! Just wanna know if any of you have used a Tens Machine in any previous pregnancies. I'm 36 weeks & ive planned a natural birth with no pain relief & I've heard a Tens Machine can help with pain relief? Id love to hear what anyone who has had previous experience with one thought about it and if they think it helped or not! I would like to know before I spend the money on one. Thank you ☺️🌻
