Random swollen legs/ankles?

This morning going to work, I wasn’t swollen AT ALL.. But I came home and my ankles and legs were SO swollen. I’ve never had this before. Should I be concerned? I’m 37 weeks+2 days if that means anything

Check BP.  Let your doc also know. 
But mine started swelling sitting or standing since 34 weeks.  So bad it was painful. 
-Epsom salt bath sort of work. 
-Elevating feet in bed and/or even while sitting helps. 
-I even broke down and bought compression socks. 
-If you sit awhile stand up some, if you stand awhile sit down. 
-Dandelion Tea supposed to help but I was told it was nasty tasting try the capsule. but I haven't tried it.  A midwife, Nurse Praction (sp) and Doc all recommend it.

Do you have a job where you're on your feet a lot? My ankles/feet swelled while I was working, but now that I'm out of work they're fine. Check your b/p, but it could just be fluid collection.

Mine have been swelling pretty bad some days and I have a desk job. My doctor said it was because of the sitting for long periods and encouraged me to get up and more around as much as possible. They did check my blood pressure first just to be safe, and it was fine. Walking and elevating in the evenings is what I've been doing Pictures are from yesterday.
