I feel so nauseous almost everyday now I hardly ever eat because it never sets well ! How can I make it stop ?

Sucking on peppermints worked for my nausea sometimes. Eating several small meals a day instead of 3 large, eating slower, and sipping on Sprite during meals helped me keep the food down. Sometimes it came back up anyways but it usually was after most of it had time to digest.

I've had hyperemesis (extreme nausea and vomiting) for 3 months, so I feel your pain! Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, you're supposed to eat small amounts of food through out the day. If it's really bad try and stick to bland or breaded foods. When it comes to drinks, avoid water if you're nauseous and try to stick to ginger ale or Gatorade.  Peppermint is supposed to help too. I have peppermint essential oils I roll on, or I'll try sucking on peppermints. Honestly though, prescribed medicine is all that really makes food stay down. Good luck!

Try ginger tea, my Dr. Also perscribed zophran and B6 vitamin I had a horrible two weeks before I could control it.

If you go to your doctor they may give you some medicine for nausea...
