Why am I spotting??

Ok so I had sex on Sunday. He didn't cum in me. I'm ovulating today. I'm experiencing lower pain and have had a lot of discharge this week. And I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped, I had quite an amount of blood on the toilet paper. Is this normal when ovulating? Or it couldn't possibly be implantation bleeding, could it? Just haven't really experienced this bleeding before.
