Trying for 5 years

Me and the hubby have been trying to expand our family with no results. Please keep in mind im 31 and he is 50. Yes i know lots of couples have babies even though though the husband is much older. But my husband is a smoker and a heavy drinker and has had a drug problem in the past. He has done all the test and comes out fine. I have done all the test too and comes to find out that I have POS. Which is cysts on my overies. I really dont want to do invetro and im starting on the chlomid. Any suggestions. Help
