So 3 weeks after having a natural birth I had sex for the first time however I got the implant in 5 days after I gave birth 2 weeks later I had a positive test but 5 days later I started bleeding so I took another test and it came out negative I never had anything confirmed by doctors or anything but I've got no idea what's happened

Could have been excess hcg from your pregnancy. I have never given birth but I do know that after my miscarriage I still got positive tests for 3.5 weeks after I stopped bleeding

You aren't supposed to have sex that soon after birth.
You could have leftover pregnancy hormones in your body.
I'd go see a doctor and have them make sure everything is okay.
