Is it too early ??

I Had my period on April 2 but it came early it was very different and i always get clots with my period this time didn’t and it was watery bright red then after that i start having pregnancy symptoms it started with headaches dizziness i felt sleepy hungry all the time and i been cramping and i have lower back pain it feels like my period about to come but it’s been 1 weeks since my period came so it’s impossible for my period to come so i was telling my hubby about this and he said that i should take a pregnancy test well today i did and less then 10 minutes we saw a very faint line so if that bleeding i have wasn’t no period that means was implantation bleeding or what is it to early to have a positive faint line ? Should i take another one ??
