I am heartbroken. Wednesday was my 12 week mark and we had our first appointment yesterday. But there it was on the screen, the yolk sac that measured 9 weeks, but no fetus. I am 100% sure about when my last period was, so there's no chance I'm earlier than I think I am. I am trying to stay strong but this really hurts. I know that there is nothing we could have done about it but that doesn't make this suck any less. I am so sorry for anyone else going through this.
