Feeling annoyed with Church leadership

Hi ladies 🤗 Im struggling with my personal feelings about the Pastor of my church (the way he does things). I love my church ... the church body and some great ladies that Ive grown close to. Ive had some disagreements with the Pastor (he’s 40 yrs old and its his 1st time being a head pastor). For the longest time they werent offering a bible study and many people were interested. I spoke to him about it and he felt Sunday service was teaching and people should study on their own. He has since had a couple of bible studies but inly for a few weeks. Currently there isnt one going on. His wife heads a womens bible study that goes on in the fall and the spring. They were each supposed to be 8 weeks long ... but this spring its only going to be 4 weeks long. They have started 4 community groups that are 6 weeks long on different nights. I asked if we could attend more than 1 because they are on different nights and I was told No. We bring our bibles to church ... mine was given to me by a close friend in 2011. I have prayers for my marriage in the bible, for my father, children and for myself. I have scriptures highlighted and pages marked. I cant find my bible. The last time I had my bible was at service 2 weeks before Easter. I went directly home after church. I didnt know I didnt have my bible for about a week. I searched my house high and low and my car. On Easter I looked where the back table is, I asked the Pastor and had the office checked and it wasnt found. The following Saturday I still hadn’t found the bible. I emailed the Pastor and explained how heavily it was on my heart. I asked if he could ask the church during announcements (we have about 150 people in a Sunday) incase someone accidentally picked it up. I also asked him to ask the Pastor of the next service (after our service theres another service in Spanish) if anyone came across it. He never responded to my email but his wife text me and said she hopes I find it and will keep an eye out for it. I asked if the Pastor will ask during an announcement or ask the other Pastor, she never responded. Last week she text me and said she looked all over the church and didn’t find it. I thanked her and told her I think someone probably accidentally picked it up. I asked again if he was going to ask our church or the other Pastor and once again no response?? I dont understand. That compiled with other things is really bothering me and Im trying to look past it. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.... sorry for such a longgg story.
