Anyone else co-sleeping with a toddler while pregnant? My two year old has been coming into our bed halfway through the night since she was about 6 months old. However, this has become an issue since becoming pregnant. I am 16 weeks, and already struggling to get comfortable. My toddler is extremely demanding in how I lay, as she insists on laying her head on my chest. If I move her off my chest, she wakes up after 45 minutes asking to cuddle again. I have been trying not to lay on my back, but it’s literally the only way I get any sleep, as she will not calm down if I refuse to let her lay on my chest. Something has to change, and suggestions on how to get her to sleep more independently, even if it’s still in our bed? I am SO tired everyday, as I’m awake for several hours during the night dealing with her.
