Want him out!! 37 weeks any advice?!

I'm 37+1 and so ready to have him .. !! Anyone naturally induced labour or tried anything before that they swear by it works now considered full term as my midwife has said I'm happy to try anything in so ready for my boy.. Any advice ladies ??

Pregnancy is intended to be 40 weeks for a purpose, I think there are many ways people think labor gets started but if our body isn't ready at that time then it isn't ready. Things are uncomfortable and we're all anxious to meet our little ones but this is all part of the process. Think of it as it's helping the baby rather than thinking of what you're feeling, that might help put it into a different perspective.

Have sex and run around the block. I lost my mucus plug after running. And then masturbating with a dildo threw me into full blown labor. 2nd child had sex 2x in a row and boom... Labor.

I know it can be hard in the final weeks, but I think it's ideal to let nature take its course. I was just reading an article earlier today that explained several benefits to a longer gestation.

I heard swimming in cold water , lots of sex, castor oil. And a bunch other. Not sure if any work I'm pregnant with my first. But let me know what works for you I want my boy out too ! Lol

Sex, spicy foods, and sex. Also being very active. My mom put two of my cousins on her belly and took a walk around the block and I came ten days early. Just don't move furniture because I did that monday and I'm now paying for it with a sore belly.

Nipple stimulation w/ my pump helped me go from 1/2 inch dilated + 0 effaced, to 3 cm dilated +80% effaced in just 1 sitting! 15 minutes each breast like someone said. ..but I did it for just 30 minutes total not an hour.
