Started producing Colostrum?

I was wondering how far along you all were when you started producing colostrum (breast milk). I'm 13+5 so I was just wondering!

37.5 weeks - still nothing

I didn't leak or couldn't squeeze anything out until after my son was born.

Around 16w with my first. Was still breastfeeding around that time with this baby, so it just switched right over to colostrum when I fully weaned my daughter, around 25ish weeks

I actually didn't notice any until after I had my daughter. I knew people who started producing a lot earlier than that though.
