Light sleeper

anyone else a light sleeper? every time my SO does anything it wakes me up, he likes to stay up late, and I go to sleep early cause I got to get up with my daughter early, and every time he goes to the bathroom he wakes me up, or every time he's on the phone, or makes something in the kitchen, and the volume on the tv wakes me up too, I hate it cause I don't wanna be telling him to turn the volume down all the time, or to not make phone calls past a certain time. So does anyone know what I could do to make myself sleep through this stuff?
