Ok so.. I’ve been married for 3 years and been trying to conceive and have been going to doctor appointments since 2016. Trying to see what’s going on with my body and why I’m not conceiving. Found out I have pcos and I don’t ovulate. Went to a fertility clinic mid last year and they said they won’t give me Clomid until I loose some weight. I’m not fat I’m a uk size 10... hmm. Anyway my friend also got referred to the same fertility clinic and she also got told that her weight wasn’t great but she got given the clomid. EVEN THOUGH SHE DOESNT EVEN NEED IT. Omg. The lady said maybe take it to help but that isn’t what my friend even needs, as her not conceiving is more to do with her partner. Anyway, she said she isn’t going to use the Clomid she got given and has offered to give it me as she said it will just go to waste otherwise as she has no intentions of using it.

Shall I start using it? . As much as I want it and have been waiting for what seems forever to get due to still waiting for my appointment that keeps getting cancelled then given a further date!

Do people use Clomid without prescriptions? And has anyone ever had any bad side effects from taking Clomid.. I’ve had a good read online. Most are concerned as to where the Clomid is coming from as don’t know if it’s legit - but at least I know it’s 100% Clomid so I’m not scared about that.
