Cps I Need Advice.

about a years ago my mom had got temporarily custody of my two neices and nephew ages, 3-2 and 8months at the time.. she had them for awhile and she broke her arm and couldn't care for the baby so cps said they would take her til my mom got better but ended up taking them all. we thought they were coming back once she was better.. but they NEVER came home💔. they told my mom that my nephew told them she hits him witch is not true. he was abused by his parents before. but she was nothing but good to them. at the time I just started working and didn't have a place of my own. they been gone for a year now and they made it very clear they weren't coming back and that the foster parents would adopt them😭. they told us we could still have visitation but its been months now.
