Natural Birth Advice

Hey ladies! To all those who have done a natural birth, do you have any advice for me? I’m going natural, and we’ve hired a doula to help. I love her. I know this is mostly a mental thing but anything that’ll help me get through it I’ll take all advice. I’ve already heard the whole blab about how I’ll want the epidural...I get it, it’ll hurt like hell...At some point I know I’m going to want it but I’d like to do everything I can not to get it. Just need some advice to get over that hump. Thanks in advance!
