I'm 6w6d today and my symptoms are so strong this time around. I'm hoping this is good news and this will be a "sticky" one. My boobs hurt like crazy, I can barely do anything without a nap and today my nausea has been overwhelming. I keep thinking these are good signs. In my previous pregnancies, I didn't have such strong symptoms and they all ended in losses. Fingers crossed
