I NEED ADVICE

my period was april 3rd-8th. my boyfriend and i fooled around on the 10th. we don’t have sex but we were both naked and i grinded on him for not even 2 minutes ( i know what precum is but he says he doesn’t precum and i’ve never noticed it or felt it before) then i gave him head and a handjob and then he came on my stomach(beside my belly button). i wiped it off my stomach and put my shirt on and waited a few minutes to put my jeans on bc it was really hot and sweaty in his car. later on that day i took a bath.,i’m a really anxious person and i have bad anxiety. is there any way i could be pregnant? i’m on birth control but i’ve only been on it a month. i’ve been feeling really uneasy since saturday but i think that’s my anxiety. would i need a pregnancy test? please help.
