Baby’s head engaged? 34weeks FTM
Been in the most horrible pain in my pelvic/groin area were feels like my pelvis is getting pulled apart heaps of pressure and can bearly walk or roll over when laying down I’ve had this pain nonstop for two days now but had it off and on for two days before that. Went to the doctors today for an unrelated problem and then told her about this she pushed just above my pubic bone which hurt to the point I flinched and grabbed her arm I said sorry but that really hurt and she said that’s his head so my question is, Does that  mean he’s engaged know and is just gonna chill there till the time comes ? And will this pain subside at all ? #firsttimemum

My boy has been like that for over a month now, I use a belly band thing when I leave the house. It definitely helps, cause I also have sciatic pain. No signs of him coming early, he’s just chillin. Putting your feet up above your heart helps, just like you would if your feet or ankles swell. I also lay with my feet touching bottom to bottom and that helps with hip and pelvic pain. Especially laying like that in the bath. Butterfly or whatever it’s called.

I was like that after 33 weeks. It’s some serious uncomfortable pain and pressure. It hurt to walk. I’ve heard a belly band can help with the pain. I’m now 2 days away from 40 weeks and it only gets worse. Hang in there.

not to scare you but it could be that time or almost that time. iv been having tail bone pain and leaking i just turned 33weeks and I'm concerned. 😰😰😰
