Hi mamas, I have a 3 months old in a few days she’s going to be 4, I’ve been pumping A LOT and I hate it. I love breastfeeding my baby and I’m exclusively breastfeeding, I just pump to feel better because my boobs are sooo full even after feedings. I pump 4-6 oz from only one boob and my freezer is full I hardly ever use it because my daughter hates the bottle and I’m always home, I started saving milk just in case but it’s pointless because we’re always together, I don’t want to pump anymore so I need help, what can I do so my boobs aren’t as full?
