So I went to my doctor appointment today at 37 weeks. Baby measured almost 8 lbs on the US Friday and my family has some big babies in general. I am dilated to a 1 and 70% effaced, my mucus plug is gone, and baby is super low and dropped. We are seriously hoping I go into labor naturally in the next week and a half, because I do not want to push out a 9-10 pounder. She also stripped my membranes.  I also found out my doctor will be gone the week I am 39 weeks up until my due date! She wants to talk induction if I don't go into labor naturally by the end of 38 weeks, but I don't know how I feel about it. I'll have to go to another doctor in their practice the week she is gone and that makes me nervous too as I want her to deliver our baby. Ahh I just don't know what to do!! Any thoughts on what you would do??
