school + period, any tips ?

school is 7 hours for me, can i wear the same tampon for that long? i’ll change immediately after i get home, also how do i know ive inserted it correctly and far enough?

Depending on your flow one tampon might not last that long i used to change mine during lunch or just keep tampons in my pocket and go during class (because it gave me a reason to leave lol) and as for inserting i feel that the first couple times i did it i took the tampon out of the plastic tube and inserted it with my hands then figured it out and felt really dumb😂 i would suggest doing it standing up and just insert the plastic tube up to the part where the fat part of the tube meets the skinny part then push it in
