Hemorrhoids - whose got them and how are you dealing with them if you do??

I have one hemorrhoid that I've had for years, which I named Frank. Lol. XD Honestly, he rarely bothers me, and when he does, I just up my fiber intake and use wipes instead of toilet paper so I don't irritate him further.

I got them after my delivery with my first and I’ve had a few with this pregnancy too. Definitely use stool softeners, tucks pads, and (I know this sounds a little crazy but bear with me) try to breathe out your BM instead of pushing. It’s good to have some breathing methods available for labor and delivery anyway so I just consider it practice 🤣🤣🤣 I use the breathe in two, breathe out four method and it’s been really helpful for me!

got mine after my first daughter was born. they seem bigger now but not painful. I've started using preparation H, not sure if it's actually helping, but it's only been a few days. good luck

Coconut oil made mine shrink back to normal size in like 3 days. They weren’t big or uncomfortable tho, I noticed them in the shower one day. Definitely try the coconut oil!

Try to get ride of them before labor. You will likely have some after you give birth but if you have them before, labor will make them unbearable. Like I didn't even know how bad it could get till my last baby.

I have them but they're painless. it's more mental pain for me 😩

I never got them with baby one but this go around I’ve had them for ummmmm, maybe 6-8 weeks (31 weeks tomorrow). They’re a nuisance at most and I can use prep H and a cool tucks pad to ease the irritation (someone even recommended putting tucks in the fridge for extra soothing power). I mentioned them to my OB and She said she could look at them. I about died of embarrassment and told her no thanks that they weren’t that bad yet 😂

Stool softeners, warm 15 minute baths, and try not to sit on the pot to long (I have a bad habit of sitting and playing on my phone) and flushable wipes
