pcos and birth control..

long story short (ish), my husband and I have been TTC for almost 5 years now. we've been pregnant twice but miscarried both times.

Since I've never been on birth control, my Dr put me on the pill to help suppress the cysts and to regulate my period. since then, my period is like clock work and even though my cramps are horrible for a day or two, I feel like my cysts are gone.

we want to TTC again soon, like next month soon. anyone have any idea how long you have to be off of bc to have a fighting chance of pregnancy? also, I don't ovulate regularly, any suggestions on natural supplements to promote ovulation?
