I recently came out of a 8 month relationship so I’m just curious how many other people have felt the same

When my boyfriend of 4 years broke up with me I was devastated I shut my self down and never wanted to go anywhere or do anything and just a few weeks prior I had a major leg surgery so on top of being heart broken I was on crutches and struggling through a tough recovery going back and forth to physical therapy and trying to catch up on school work. It’s okay to be upset it’s normal, guys just always find the worst time to do it.
