I think its useful to do either bbt or opks for a couple months. but then once you know your normal, you can just BD every other day starting a week before your normal Ov day

I tracked my bbt and cm, and got a good idea from that when I O. I used OPKs one cycle to confirm. Now I just go by cm, as I have very obvious ewcm every cycle. I got a bfp this way. I am also very regular, so it works well for me.
