Weight loss tips?? Help a girl out πŸŽπŸ‰πŸ‡

So my fiancΓ© and I recently have decided we want to start TTC in a couple of months when we get a new house. I'm 20 and in college. He is a plumber. We are blessed to be financially stable at our ages, and we feel like we are mentally ready for a baby.

The only thing stopping me from wanting to try right away - is I feel like I'm not physically ready to carry a child. I'm not really overweight, but I could definitely lose 15-20lbs or so. I want to be as healthy as possible when I do get pregnant.

So, we both eat out constantly because we are always too tired to cook. He is lucky enough to have a fast metabolism so it doesn't affect his weight at all (πŸ™„) lol. We rarely get veggies and fruits in our diet.

I have decided to start cooking regularly again to help us both get healthier, and to help me lose weight. I'm also going to start going on 30 minute walks 5 times a week.

Well, I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I don't even know where to start. Does anybody have any tips on healthy foods and snacks? Or examples on what to eat daily that's still healthy?

I'm not used to grocery shopping for healthy foods lol. It's usually Nutella, fried chicken, etc πŸ˜‚

Any advice will be appreciated!!
