Pregnancy and hCG

So I recently found out I’m pregnant 🤱🏽 I got my hCG levels done and they were 1,160 which the dr. Said was in range but on the low side. So I went for my second one and at that point I’m 7 weeks and now it’s at 4330 but the dr. is wanting me to go AGAIN for more blood work cause my levels r still on the low side??? Should I be worried or is this normal for some women
