PCOS tips?

So I’ve recently found out that I have PCOS, it really makes me sad because I want kids and I know it’s going to be hard. Is there anyone who has tips or anything for me? 😞😞

I have PCOS and have two daugthers and pregnant with baby #3. I tried Clomid and metformin, which didn't work for me. I had an hsg test done and that said my tubes were clear but i think the test cleaned out the "cobwebs" in my tubes and we were pregnant with a month or two later. When I got diagnosed with PCOS, I was heartbroken and all I wanted was to have children. It's hard to keep positive but try too. Hugs!

I don’t personally have it but didn’t want to read & run. Have a research, I do think PCOS can be controlled as much as possible by certain foods. Sending hugs and baby dust xx
