I got my tubes tied 4 years ago but my period is a week late and I'm peeing alot hmm but my husband and I think I my brother over reacting

Well , I have had 3 boys after my last I got my tubes tied and I had my last in 1999, after my ex - and I divorced and I met my husband we been married 15 years . He has never had kids and we always wished we could but since my tubes were tied we couldn’t. I have always had irregular periods but in March mine was late I didn’t think anything because it’s not unusual for that to happen to me . Then a few weeks and nothing. So I took a text negative. So , figured all the stress that’s been going on . I waited and nothing. Went to my regular drs appointment , They had done sum blood work before I saw my dr to check my throyd levels and my dr came in and said Have u been feeling ok ? I said I had a stomach bug where I have been throwing up , had headaches n nausea so bad . He says well looks like u gained sum weight too . He said well , I don’t know what to say but Your pregnant! I said What ? Is this a prank or something? Cuz my tubes are tied and they been tied for over 12 years! Come to find out I was sick the worst I had ever been and I was pregnant. He said the test u took u had to had took it to early so the results didn’t pick up the HCg levels in your urine . But the blood test came out right away . Now I am 17/4 days . My husband and I never thought it would be possible. I guess god had other plans.
