Funeral attire.

I have never been to a funeral before and am not sure what to wear. I do not have a black blouse, I do have a dark burgundy blouse though. And besides sneakers these are the only dressy shoes I have. Also what should a baby wear? She’s 19 months old. I don’t want to offend anyone.
