My Fiancé and I have been trying for almost 1 year to conceive and so far no luck after multiple ovulation kits and keeping track of my cycles also on Metformin for the entire time we've been trying. I had my first while on birth control and now can't conceive at all. I know losing weight could help on both our ends but I don't feel that's all that's happening. Any ideas from others would be great. Thank you
