Not to sure what else to do/ post. I’m super miserable please help

Okay, sooo I got my period on Saturday, so Monday my family and I had went to a buffet for dinner (I was super nacious and felt constiapated after wards) I ruled out food poising because it didn’t nessecarily feel like food poisoning, so yesterday I woke up felt fine took my little brother to school like usual as soon as I got home I felt sick, I had a fever that got up to 101.2 I took medicine went to bed in a cool room woke up this morning and I felt fine, then around 9-10 am I felt like I had to poop, I go and I have diarrhea and now I’m basically just peein out of my butt, I took some pepto didn’t help at all, I’m having super bad stomach pains I can’t stop “pooping” and I’m super cold but no fever. Anyone have idea what this could be or what I should do?? I’m so miserable please help
