how can you keep yourself positive with Anxiety and depression?

so i have both and alittle Adhd.. Im not extremely bad tho with none. Only when i stresss myself out .. I don’t take any medication because i’m fine. But i still have it and my moments (days). I was wondering if yoga class or any sport can help with my depression? I sometimes feel like my life isn’t going anywhere or i feel alittle anxious sometimes about something but i need to be strong for my son because of course he needs me to overcome my anxiety and be happy. Can it help me??? anyone else have any ideas i can do that would be helpful, thanks :)
