struggling !

hey ya'll , my huband and i just bought a house last july and moved in , in september , before this i lived with my parents and of course felt safe at home I've lived their the majority of my life so i was used to my house but now it just me and my husband and our almost 2 year old son , he leaves for work anywhere between 12 am to 6 am before the sun rises and im so scared of being alone i can't sleep im always scared if an intruders going to bust in or im going to be asleep and not wake up if it happens i also have this unrational fear of the paramormal , i won't fall asleep till the sun come up so im only getting about 4 hours of sleep , does anyone have advice ? also we do have a security alarm system and we don't have a fence in the back or front just the sides but the fencing isn't high on the list right now of priorites .
