Cramps but no period?

Anyone experience this? If so what was the outcome?  This is my second day cramping but no blood, not even spotting.

I had cramping for 3 weeks straight and no period, I always have had irregular periods but cramping would only last up to two days befor af, then my nipples began to feel sore so last night I bought a pregnancy test this is my outcome

Me too this is my 3rd day cramping and no period and I was supposed too start on the 22nd and af is never late. I'm going to wait until Friday then take a test
