Deciding on staying home. Advice please

We have 3 kids and I’m 20 weeks pregnant. With our last baby I was in college and couldn’t stay home because I wanted to finish my degree. Now that I’m pregnant again I really want to stay home with this baby. My other kids are 9,5,2 by the time this baby is born. My husband doesn’t want me going back to work when the baby is born but we need my income. My husband said he would work more/2 jobs so I could stay home. I’m worried about him resenting me staying at home while he works his butt off. What do y’all do with this? Im torn but also don’t want the kids back in daycare (our son was slammed down on a changing table by staff at daycare).
